CREDS Buildings & Energy theme researcher, Dr Ian Hamilton, from UCL Energy Institute has supported the Global Alliance for Buildings and Construction (GABC) as the coordinating lead author of the Global Status Report for Buildings and Construction 2019: Towards a zero-emissions, efficient and resilient buildings and construction sector.

Ian also co-led a side event with the Building Performance Institute for Europe (BPIE) at COP 25 called Moving towards zero carbon buildings – Solutions, tools and progress from around the world.
