Yohei Yamaguchi is an Associate Professor at the Graduate School of Engineering, Osaka University. Building sector is a significant contributor to national carbon emissions and has considerable potential in fostering reduction and flexibility in energy demand and carbon emiossions. Yohei’s research interests include modelling of energy demand and performance of building stock and energy system to support such challenges. His research includes:
- Modelling and analysis of people’s activity and practice
- Development of methodologis for community and building stock energy demand modelling
- Analysis on potential carbon reductions and electricity demand flexibility.
