CREDS responded to a call for comments by Oxfordshire County Council and Oxford City Council on their strategy for improving transport links across the eastern arc of Oxford.
Summary of our response
CREDS proposes that the strategy incorporates, for example, action to encourage car and bike-sharing schemes, and learns from experience elsewhere in the implementation of its proposed workplace parking levy.
